The client must provide the necessary idea, references, or brand details after checkout.
Typical turnaround time: 24–72 hours depending on complexity and workload.
3. Premium Short Video (Full Direction)
The “Premium Short Video” service includes:
- Multi-scene AI-generated short video (approximately 30 seconds)
- Structured visual direction and connected transitions
- Delivery in vertical or horizontal format
- One included revision within the original scope
Execution begins after receiving project details.
Turnaround time varies based on structure and scope.
4. Custom Video Project
Custom projects are tailored productions requiring scope confirmation prior to execution.
- A discovery call may be required.
- Pricing and timeline are confirmed after defining scope.
- Work begins only after agreement and payment terms are finalized.
5. Revisions
Each service tier includes one revision within the originally agreed scope.
The following may require additional fees:
- Major structural changes
- New creative direction
- Scope expansion
- Additional scenes
6. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, references, or materials submitted do not infringe on third-party rights.
We are not liable for misuse of delivered content after completion.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Work does not begin before payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Delivery Nature
All services and products are delivered digitally.
No physical goods are produced or shipped.
